Background

Health care in Georgia is undergoing significant developments that need to be accompanied by a sustained and innovative annual educational conference that will enhance the knowledge and skills of Georgian health care providers. State-of-the art scientific content and solid partnerships with local, regional and global stakeholders from governmental organizations and academia will assure the success and high quality of this conference.

 

Objectives

  • Discuss the assessment and management of acute cerebrovascular accidents
  • Describe the clinical assessment and management of chest pain in the ED
  • Describe the clinical assessment and management of acute coronary syndrome according to the latest American Heart Association guidelines
  • Discuss the initial assessment of acute trauma using a systematic approach
